The backlight system is composed of light-emitting components, light guide plates and backlight power supplies. TV backlight power supplies generally have a power rating of 100 to 500 watts. They mainly convert mains AC voltage into 12V DC to power the display. The display’s mainboard is equipped with DC-DC converters to generate 8V, 5V, 3.3V and 2.5V voltages, so the 12V DC output fully meets the operating requirements of the display.
