Battery-powered three-phase motor control optimized for torque, runtime and protection
A removable lithium-ion battery pack feeds the drive through a low-loss anti-reverse connection stage before the three-phase inverter converts the DC bus into controlled phase currents for the BLDC motor. The controller and driver coordinate PWM timing, current measurement, startup, commutation or field-oriented control, regenerative-current behavior and fault shutdown. The architecture is designed to deliver high starting torque and fast load response while protecting the battery, inverter and motor under jammed-blade, locked-rotor and thermal-stress conditions.
