About the solution

Isolated high-density conversion coordinated with USB Power Delivery negotiation

The solution combines universal-input protection, active PFC, an isolated flyback, active-clamp flyback or resonant primary stage, synchronous rectification and a protected VBUS path. The controller coordinates voltage and current regulation with USB-C attach detection, PDO selection, PPS commands, cable capability and fault handling so power-stage behavior remains aligned with every negotiated operating point.

Scalable for smartphones, tablets, notebooks, monitors and multi-port chargers

The same functional platform can be adapted across compact wall chargers, travel adapters, notebook supplies, docking stations, display power modules and multi-port desktop chargers. Semiconductor voltage rating, switching frequency, magnetic design, VBUS current capability, protocol firmware and thermal strategy can be scaled to match the required power profile and enclosure volume.

Device categories aligned with both the power path and the USB-C control path

PFC switches and controllers, high-voltage primary MOSFETs, gate drivers, low-resistance secondary MOSFETs, synchronous-rectifier controllers, VBUS load switches, current-sense and protection devices, USB PD / PPS controllers and interface components provide a practical platform for efficient, safe and interoperable fast-charging designs.
