Power adapters convert high-voltage AC 220V (110V) into DC voltage. As they are widely used in daily life, strict requirements are imposed on product performance, electromagnetic interference (EMI) affecting human radiation, and energy efficiency.
To meet the demands of the adapter industry, Motmos Electronics offers two types of products: high-voltage MOSFETs and high-voltage SJ COOL MOSFETs. These solutions deliver enhanced current and high-voltage capability, featuring fast switching response, higher energy efficiency, lower heat generation and higher operating frequency.
