Toll-Condensed products
Based on advanced TOLL packaging technology, the MOT launched the 40V ~250V power MOSFET new product series. The series has an unparalleled minimum of RDS (on), a perfect alternative to the traditional D2PAK (TO263) and toll-covering, providing large electrical currents at smaller sizes and excellent heat-dispersion capabilities, and adequately meeting the high performance requirements of customer product applications. The TOLL series of products, designed specifically for large current power applications, are the ideal power package containment solutions for high power application systems, with the following main advantages:
1) Effective system energy efficiency;
2) System EMI noise reduction;
3) Improvement of thermal depletion properties and reduction of the size of the system, such as the new Toll by 30 per cent less area, 50 per cent less thickness and 60 per cent less space, compared to the D2 PAK 7pin seal, with significant advantages in applications requiring compact structural design.

TOLL Product Introduction
TOLL is a surface adhesive seal that requires 30 per cent less space than the usual D2PAK envelope. It is also a 4-lead-legged seal, capable of connecting the polar-driven source of the fence in Kelvin, thereby reducing the electrical sense of the containment of the source line, thereby enabling the high-speed switch performance of the MOSFET to inhibit the vibrations generated by the switch.
